When are your club nights?
Tuesday and Thursday at Abbs Cross School Fitness Centre. People start arriving at 7pm ready to hear briefing and start their run at 7.30pm.
What do you do at club nights?
A variety of things, during the summer we have interval work on the sports field but people can also go off and run a variety of distances. If you are unsure of who you could run with please speak to one of the member representatives (Roger Hagan, Kevin Flower or Roy Hendley) when arriving and they will help place you.
What happens on a Sunday run?
Sunday runs cater for all abilities and distances. An announcement is often made at a club night and details posted on line and via the text service. No person is left behind. There is often cake and tea after the run and a good time to get to know others.
For Learn2Run or just trying the club you can turn up on any Tuesday or Thursday and head to desk for more information. Please arrive around 7:15 at latest on first night for some admin.
I have not got my England Athletics number. What should I do?
The first thing to do is check here on the EA website
Are you a fully paid up member of the club? If no, then you will need to make payment to keep membership to EA.
How do I join or my friends the private facebook group?
The Facebook group is for paid up members of the club and contains information about races and personal runs. So are you and your friends fully paid up members of H90J? No, then you will need to make payment or just refer to information on the public page.
If you have paid up recently please request access and give us time to check against the membership list, we will add you as soon as possible.
Please see our membership page for current rates.
I have a question about an upcoming club race.
Have you checked the H90J website/calendar for race details?
Is the race showing as an event on our Facebook group page? if so the information could be there?
I have questions about learn to run, who should I contact?
Have you checked the website as there is a lot of information on there?
