The main club training nights are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7pm (7:30 run). Training nights are very informal and most members arrange their distance on the night. It takes a few weeks to get with the right people, but generally this approach is what members want.

On a Tuesday, we try to have a coached session for those that want to take part. The session is part of a eight week cycle. Otherwise runners will run anything between 3-8 miles in various pace groups, including on Thursday.

During summer we use the school field on some nights for some speedwork sessions and Learn2Run groups.

Other training times are Sunday 9am from a location in the borough, which is announced the week before. Sunday runs are usually off-road, but depend upon conditions.
