The AGM will take place at Two Gables, Upminster, on Thursday 11th April at 20.00.
All members are encouraged to attend.

Holders of committee positions are elected by club members.
All positions are available and are held for a period of 1 year.
Those positions not currently occupied are: Honorary Secretary, Communication Officer and Member's Representative.
Nominations for committee positions can be made by completing the nomination form - see any committee member for help on getting the nomination form.
Please ensure the completed form is given to Lucy Burdett by the 4th April 2024.
Members are invited to bring to the attention of the committee any additional business they wish to discuss at the AGM.
Lucy Burdett is to be notified in writing of any such business by 4th April 2024.
