We're in to the last week of the anniversary games!
There's a BIG jump from 10km to 10 miles so if you're not used to doing this kind of distance then PLEASE do not suddenly attempt it. It's almost guaranteed to injure you so it's NOT worth it! It might be that you run a little beyond where you've run before and walk the rest but increasing distance too quickly is one of the biggest factors in getting injured! So be careful!
The divisions are updated every Tuesday once all the results are in and in most divisions there's some healthy competition.
Remember that only your best 5 results count towards the division placings so this is the last opportunity to improve your placings!
